    Hallo Florian. Entschuldige dass ich erst so spät schreibe. Wie versprochen hinterlasse ich ein paar Zeilen für nachfolgende Mieter.
    Also, ich war für einen Monat im Apartment beheimatet. Der Empfang die Unterkunft und der Service war sehr freundlich und familiär. Ich war überrascht was für eine Grundausstattung vorhanden war. Auch über die bereitgestellten hochwertigen Bio-Lebensmittel – Danke noch einmal. Auch die wöchentliche Reinigung des Apartments war perfekt.
    Die Wohnung ist für ein oder zwei Personen perfekt. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich zwar eine Couch – ich habe da einmal ein paar Nächte darauf geschlafen, während ich einen Besuch hatte, war für meine Größe (175) schon sehr knapp. Aber es war machbar.
    Die Wohnung ist sehr neuwertig, modern und schön eingerichtet. Ich habe mich dieses Monat sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar.
    Danke noch einmal für die Beherbergung, es war sehr nett dich kennen gelernt zu haben. Alles gute dir und deiner Familie und allen folgenden Mietern.

    This is such a beautiful apartment! It is quiet and peaceful and comfortable and spacious and in an excellent location near Leipzigerstrasse. Florian is an attentive and kind host. He even ordered a book for our young children to introduce them to a classic German children’s story! We are from Australia, but thanks to the guidebook that Florian has made, we had no trouble settling in and finding our way around Frankfurt. Although he was away on holidays himself when we stayed, Florian arranged for his friend Samuel to be available to help. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Frankfurt!

    We spent 6 wonderful days in Frankfurt and it was the first time we decided to rent a flat instead of staying in a hotel. The experience is absolutely wonderful. First of all, Florian is a very kind, helpful, welcoming and outgoing host. He is ready to help with all difficulties and problems and give a lot of information about places to visit in the city. Second – location. The area is peaceful, safe, clean and there are markets, shops, supermarkets, chemist’s, cozy cafes and restaurants with various cuisines. We even found a hookah bar. The flat is not far from the city center and there is no need to use public transport to get there, because it’s easy to get there on foot and as a bonus you get not only a physical training but also some great views of the city and sights. The flat is clean, spacious and very cozy. Staying there was a pleasure, waking up every morning listening to birds singing is something incredible. By the way, if you can’t or don’t want to go to a shop after exhausting journey, you can find some food and drinks in the kitchen and I should say this is really convenient. I highly recommend this place and I definitely know where to stay the next time I’m in Frankfurt
