We offer during our absence a very beautiful, spacious and bright holiday apartment with best traffic connections and equipment. The apartment is located in the roof and has a large living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet and a balcony with a view of the Taunus mountains. We usually rent up to 4 people, but in exceptional cases we can accommodate more people. The apartment is on the fourth floor and has no elevator.
On our website you will find detailed and well-assorted information about excursion destinations, events and other tourist destinations in Frankfurt, as well as everything about the neighbourhood, the immediate surroundings and arriving at Hessenplatz. DETAILS
Our apartment is quiet, sunny and has high gabled ceilings. It has a bedroom, a gallery room and a large living room with an open kitchen. The whole room is about 100 square meters. The gallery is about 4 meters high under the roof and offers 2-3 beds that can be individually arranged. There is a large double bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is plenty of crockery, all the necessary cooking utensils, an oven, dishwasher and a dining table with 6 seats and smoothie maker. We also offer free WLAN, Netflix and a piano. The BATHROOM offers a bathtub, shower, shampoo, washing gel, hairdryer and a washing machine.
Attention. We can only darken the bedroom to a large extent. The gallery and other living rooms cannot be darkened but only shaded.
Parents with small children must consider the stairs and the second level absolutely. There is no railing, neither on the stairs nor on the gallery. Also the sockets are not very safe for very small children.
LOCATION
Our house is situated directly at a beautiful green place. The area is green and lively. There are numerous trees in front of and behind our house, a private playground in the courtyard and a public one directly in front of the door. Immediately behind our house runs Leipzigerstraße with numerous shops, restaurants and coffees from all over the world. Right next door you will find a tailor’s shop, a bookshop, a trumpet factory and a beer tasting with a garage, as well as a theatre in which the politician Rosa Luxemburg gave a famous speech many years ago.
Our apartment is open to everyone. You will love it because of its high ceilings, the light, the view, the location in an urban, lively quarter and because of its personal charm.

CHECKIN
The official check-in is after 3pm, check-out before 11am. But most of the time we can arrange this flexibly. LATE CHECK_IN: we also accept a check-in after midnight.
PRIVACY
The apartment is completely yours. On arrival you will find towels and fresh blankets. The beds will be prepared for you. Most of our guests need their privacy, so we stay in the background. If you stay longer, we will make sure that the apartment is cleaned regularly and that you get enough fresh blankets and towels.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
We are well connected to the public transport system. The subway is only 2 minutes away. The main station offers connections to all regional and long-distance trains. It takes about 15 minutes to get there and about 30 minutes to the airport. The fastest way to get to the fair is by underground in about 10 minutes. Many things can also be easily reached on foot. Nidda-Park and Grüneburgpark are about 15 minutes away, Universitätscampus and Messe about 20 minutes.
HOUSE RULES
Feel at home, but please respect the simple rules of decency. Respect your neighbors, don’t make any noise or dirt. No illegal downloads. For exclusive use by the tenants of the apartment. Strangers must be registered if they stay longer or overnight. The use of the apartment as an office, showroom, photo or film set is not permitted.
In case you damage something, you must pay for the replacement. The same applies if you lose your house keys.
